Dog Bite Lawsuit Filed By Florida Animal Control Officer

After being attacked by two pit bulls, a Florida Animal Control officer filed a lawsuit against the animals' owner last week. Frank Baldwin was called to the home of Charles Staples after one of Staples' dogs charged a jogger and a bicyclist. When Baldwin arrived on the scene, one of the dogs escaped through a gap in a fence and attacked Baldwin who suffered head leg and upper-body injuries.
